No you will not be able to see it from the Chief. It's over two blocks away plus the Chief passed through Winslow when it's dark. I stayed at La Posada (where the Winslow Amtrak station is) and you cannot walk to Standing on the Corner and back in time. It's about a half mile and 15 minute round trip walk and the train only stops for about 5 minutes there.
Why were the two upper windows with the couple and eagle removed from the wall? It borders on desecration!
