It is a spectacular experience. We attended for a birthday and it was great. Dress code, no, not NYC dress up, more casual than you think. Food was great, we did a dinner reservation so that sunset was about one hour after we sat down. Your head will be spinning as you constantly look around. A clear day is best.
Q:
Is there a dress code. Are tennis shoes okay?
A:
You can wear tennis shoes. it accepts all patrons visiting one world so there really isn't a specific dress code.
