We are stopping for a day in Bar Harbor on a cruise so have limited time. I am thinking in order to see scenery I would need to book the Acadia tour but would also like to walk or hike for an couple of hours - Are there any scenic walks for trails that we can walk to from our cruise ship drop off/pick up point ?
A:
Yes you will want to walk the ocean trail and at low tide also walk out to the island and walk the trail on the island!
We were only walking so did not pay much attention to the bike trails but there are plenty in the area and maps and info are available from the visitor centre.
